OVERVIEW
This website is operated by ELALI Official. Throughout the website, “ELALI,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to ELALI Official.
By visiting this website, placing an order or purchasing from ELALI, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies referenced on the website, including our Made-to-Order & Final Sale Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Please do not use the website or place an order if you do not agree to these terms.
- ORDER ELIGIBILITY
By placing an order, you confirm that:
• You are legally permitted to enter into the purchase
• All information you provide is complete and accurate
• You are authorized to use the selected payment method
• You have reviewed the product details and applicable store policies
We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, payment misuse, unauthorized resale, incorrect information or abuse of our policies.
- PRODUCTS
ELALI makes every reasonable effort to display product colours, fabrics, embroidery and details accurately.
However, colours may appear differently depending on lighting, photography and screen settings. Lace, embroidery, handmade details, pattern placement and natural materials may vary slightly between individual pieces. These reasonable variations are not considered defects.
Only the garments, accessories or components specifically listed in the product description are included in the purchase.
- MADE-TO-ORDER GARMENTS
ELALI garments are individually made according to the measurements and specifications provided or confirmed by the customer.
Once payment has been completed, the order enters our made-to-order process and cannot be cancelled, changed or amended.
The customer is solely responsible for providing complete and accurate measurements. ELALI is not responsible for fit issues caused by incorrect measurements, body changes or personal fit preferences.
Our complete conditions are stated in the Made-to-Order & Final Sale Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
- LIMITED MEASUREMENT CORRECTIONS
If ELALI produces a garment using measurements that are proven to differ from the measurements confirmed by the customer, ELALI may accept the garment solely for correction or replacement.
The customer is not entitled to a monetary refund, partial refund, store credit or replacement with a different design.

- FINAL SALE
Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the relevant product page:
• All purchases are final
• Orders cannot be cancelled after payment
• Returns are not accepted
• Exchanges are not accepted
• Refunds and store credit are not provided
Placing an order confirms the customer’s acceptance of this final-sale condition.
- READY-TO-WEAR AND RESALE ITEMS
Products identified as ready-to-wear, archive, pre-owned, resale or closet-sale items are sold in the size and condition described on the product page.
Any visible signs of use or condition details will be disclosed where applicable. The customer is responsible for reviewing all photographs and descriptions before purchasing.
Only accessories, packaging or accompanying items expressly listed in the description are included.
These products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded due to condition expectations, fit, colour preference or change of mind.
Certain resale products may be restricted to UAE delivery only.
- ELALI HOME
ELALI Home products are made to order according to the specifications stated or confirmed at purchase.
Dimensions, colours, fabrics, access requirements and delivery details must be checked carefully before ordering.
ELALI Home orders cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded once production has begun. Additional delivery or installation terms may apply.
- PRICES, VAT AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in AED unless another currency is selected or shown.
Prices displayed to customers in the UAE include 5% VAT. International duties, taxes and customs charges are not included unless expressly stated.
Full payment is required before production or order processing begins.
ELALI may correct genuine pricing, description or technical errors. If a material error affects an unprocessed order, ELALI may contact the customer before proceeding.
- PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
Production times are stated on the relevant product page and begin after payment and receipt of all required measurements and order information.
Production and courier delivery times are separate.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, public holidays, weather, supply disruption or circumstances outside ELALI’s reasonable control do not make an order eligible for cancellation or refund.

- CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION
The customer must provide a working email address and telephone or WhatsApp number.
ELALI may contact the customer to confirm measurements, customization, delivery details, suspected fraud or other order information.
ELALI is not responsible for delays caused by a customer’s failure to respond or provide the required information.
- FRAUD, MISUSE AND CHARGEBACKS
Customers must not submit false information, manufacture damage, make fraudulent claims or initiate an improper payment dispute or chargeback.
ELALI retains order records, customer confirmations, measurements, correspondence and pre-dispatch photographs or videos. These records may be provided to payment processors, couriers or relevant authorities when responding to a claim or suspected fraud.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All ELALI designs, photographs, videos, text, branding, graphics and website content belong to ELALI or are used with permission.
They may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed or used commercially without ELALI’s prior written permission.
Purchase of an ELALI product does not transfer any intellectual-property rights in the design.
- THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website may use services provided by Shopify, payment providers, couriers, analytics providers and other third parties.
Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices. ELALI is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside its reasonable control.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ELALI will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website, courier delays, customs delays, customer-provided measurements or use of a product contrary to its care instructions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
- GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any purchase made through ELALI are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
- CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
ELALI may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time an order is placed will apply to that order.
